In less than 24 hours I was furnished with a fully detailed and illustrated inspection report from Tyler. The accessibility of the report created for a simple tool which I could easily reference online when making repair requests to the seller (in this case Fannie Mae). Both pictures and detailed descriptions of any faults/hazards in or around the property were well illustrated and documented. I definitely would not have had the degree of leverage I felt I needed to get the seller to address a few costly repairs had it not been for the quality of said inspection.
